Triple accreditation
WBS is the first business school in the United Kingdom to hold triple accreditation - recognition of our teaching quality from the three major, global, management education bodies.
Seeking AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS accreditations may seem like overkill, but our rationale is clear. AMBA operates a standards-based system, which WBS has always valued, and which is trusted by applicants. Meanwhile, AACSB and EQUIS are mission-based accreditations, evaluating our activities from international perspectives. The status of the various 'kite marks' varies throughout the world, which makes multiple accreditation important for a school with an international scope.
Equis is the quality inspectorate for the European Foundation for Management Development.
We currently have Equis accreditation until 2010, having been first accredited in March 2000.
WBS was the first institution in the United Kingdom to be accredited by the US-based
AACSB International. We first gained accreditation in 1999.
WBS meets the high standards for quality and relevance required by the Association of MBAs.
All paths to The Warwick MBA were first accredited in 1999.
Along with The Warwick MPA, they have been re-accredited until 2009.
In 2007, the MSc in Management achieved Pre-Experience Masters in General Management
accreditation from the Association of MBAs.
