Life at Warwick

Learning Facilities

As you’d expect from a research university, we have an excellent library and superb teaching and learning facilities.

Dedicated MBA, Postgraduate and Undergraduate study spaces
Our 2015 extension allowed us to create a number of study spaces complete with big screens, individual and group work areas.

Library
Spread over five floors, the Library houses 1.2 million printed volumes and 13 kilometres of archives. Every year they add around 1.1 km of stock. Over 30,000 electronic journals are currently received and more than 56,000 electronic books. The Library houses various workspaces enabling group and private study.

Modern Records Centre
One of the finest collections of modern archives in the country.

Learning Grid
This is an exciting and innovative space which supports and facilitates independent learning. The Learning Grid allows you to work flexibly eg: individual study, group problem-solving activities, team working and presentation work.

There is an emphasis on supporting you in the use of digital multi-media for your assignments and presentations with expert equipment provided: scanners and document visualisers; electronic whiteboards; video-editing facilities; networked PCs; video cameras.

Postgraduate Hub
A dedicated space for Warwick postgraduates.
