Francis Davis (MPA 2004-10) has been appointed Ministerial Policy Advisor on the Big Society working closely with Rt Hon Greg Clark MP, the new Minister of State for Decentralisation. This follows six months as Policy Advisor on Faith Communities and Cohesion to the Secretary of State for Communities.
