We are delighted to welcome Dame Julia Cleverdon DCVO, CBE to present 'Companies and communities in tough times' to students, staff, alumni and guests of Warwick on Monday 13 Febuary 2012.

Listed by The Times as one of the 50 most influential women in Britain, Dame Julia is a renowned speaker on corporate responsibility, leadership and career development for women. She is currently Vice President of Business in the Community, a movement of 800 top UK companies committed to improving their positive impact on society, as well as many other influential positions for various charities.

Dame Julia will share and discuss her experiences from the work she has done in Burnley with the Prince of Wales, and the education and social mobility work. She will also include her experience from Business in the Community and Teach First in the most deprived areas.
