By completing the Realise2 strengths questionnaire you will identify your realised and unrealised strengths. During the session you will take part in an exercise to review your evidence and really be able to sell yourself to potential employers and networks.
Future Planning
Looking at your values, aspirations and ambition ... by the end of the day you will be developing a plan and working towards your goals.
Effective Networking
Understand the many ways to network. Identify your known and unknown networks, how to connect appropriately and effectively. You will be inspired by the range of ideas that you can utilise to explore your future.
Successful Applications
Preparation, research and tailoring are key to success. You will be motivated to engage in the application process from CVs, cover letters, interview preparation to negotiating your offer.
The session is run with small groups so that you can participate fully to obtain the best information for you. It is interactive and you will feel motivated and empowered by the end of the day. It's facilitate by Linda Butler, an experienced coach, trainer and assessor who empowers people to personally develop and manage their career and future aspirations.
The cost of this masterclass is £295 and it will also be running on future dates during the year.
