Bryan is a widely experienced manager and management consultant. Having served in a number of senior roles in both the HE sector and in private practice, he formed CPB Projects Ltd to focus exclusively on the major issues facing his clients and to develop a new approach to designing integrated professional services.

Bryan has extensively researched and applied good practice in resource management, using conceptual and practical models to identify and evaluate future resource requirements. His work in space management is increasingly recognised as both innovative and highly effective.

Operating in both conventional line management and a variety of project-based, trouble-shooting roles, he has a solid track record of solving intractable problems for his clients, facilitating change in the most complex and challenging of contexts and working in partnership with other public and private sector organisations.

In addition to his involvement in a major health/education PFI project, Bryan has worked on a range of strategic projects with capital values up to £150m for a wide variety of institutions.
