Exporting Innovation

The UK’s strength lies in innovative solutions to the world’s problems – Warwick Business School shares how mid-sized businesses can benefit from exporting innovation.

Join us at our campus this Export Week, to explore the relationship between innovation and exporting, looking at how the UK can benefit from exporting innovation, learning from (for example) France, Germany, and Italy.

Warwick Business School is serious about supporting medium sized businesses; our Enterprise Research Centre (ERC) boasts the UK’s first ever chair of mid-market economics and has worked with GE Capital on the ‘Leading from the Middle’ reports on the UK and EU4 mid-market.

This is a joint event between Warwick Business School and UKTI:

  • Professor Stephen Roper, ERC Director, will share research on mid-market exporting, and show how mid-sized businesses can use these outcomes to directly benefit your bottom line
  • Steve Cunnane will outline how UKTI supports mid-sized businesses to export through the UKTI MSB programme
  • Paul Callin of UK Export Finance will advise delegates on the support that is available from the UK Government to drive a company’s international sales, and will provide advice on countries, payment types and all matters financial.

The talks will be preceded and followed by ample opportunity for networking over breakfast.

Although this event is free, prior registration is required for catering purposes and to guarantee your place.
