Our curriculum

Our study programme will see you attend WBS for a series of workshops covering four modules. You will write a series of work-based assignments although one module is assessed through a longer-term journal. You will also undertake a team consultancy project in a host organisation and complete an individual project about your own organisation.

  1. Developing Learning Managers (Immersion Week) Provides you with a range of techniques to enhance your learning, and that of your organisation. Assessment is through a personal learning development journal of 3,000 words.

  2. Getting Organisations to Work Explores a range of thinking on leadership, change, and organisational dynamics. Assessed by a 3,000 word assignment.

  3. Getting Organisations to Deliver Links marketing, client relationship management and finance to give you a critical yet applied view of these topics. Assessed by a 3,000 word assignment.

  4. Getting Organisations to Respond Covers strategy, operations, and service excellence. Assessed by a 3,000 word assignment.

The Team Consulting Project integrates your learning through the investigation of a live organisational issue that requires resolution. Assessed by a presentation to the client and a recorded interview on your learning.
