Master class events
These six events staged throughout the year will only be open to senior professionals and board level directors. In conjunction with Warwick Business School faculty the membership will define the issues that are of greatest importance to them. Set in the neutral Warwick environment, members will discuss best practice and the latest thinking in a forum chaired and guided by a leading expert. This is a rare opportunity to share your business challenges, and search for solutions, with other non-competitor members. Your organisation can send up to six participants per event.
World Class Diamond
The result of a three year research project at the University of Warwick this diagnostic process provides a benchmark for what it takes to become a world class organisation. Once the report is delivered our experts will work with you to benchmark your organisation and help you to understand and develop a strategically coherent pathway to performance excellence. The usual price for this is £5,000. It is offered to Executive Network members at the heavily discounted rate of £1,500 as an optional service.
Business consultants
Your organisation will gain exclusive access to experienced individuals drawn from our faculty and postgraduate student body for potential business projects. From a wide range of industries, functions and cultural backgrounds, they offer a track record of achievement that can add value to key company projects and offer a highly cost-effective way of obtaining a high quality piece of work.
Recruitment
Membership will bring unique, first access to the most talented WBS postgraduates. We work closely with the corporate world to match recruitment needs to candidates' strengths and career objectives. Preferential rates
All Warwick Executive Network member organisations will receive preferred partner rates on our Executive Education open programmes; a saving of five percent on the published rates.
