Biography
Previously Senior Consultant for AT&T Istel (now Lanner Group) in simulation modelling, and lecturing in information and operations management at Aston Business School, Birmingham. Has worked with organisations such as Ford, British Airways, Sellafield Ltd., BT, BP and the NHS.
Research interests
The practice of simulation modelling; discrete event simulation; system dynamics; agent based modelling; analysis of simulation output; model validation; the quality of operational research interventions; simulation and human interaction, simulation conceptual modelling.
