Biography
Previously Senior Lecturer at University of London's Birkbeck College. Previous research and teaching posts at Universities of Manchester and Sheffield. Fellow of of the Sunningdale Institute of the National School of Government, Fellow of British Academy of Management; Fellow of British Psychological Society.
Research interests
Innovation and improvement in public service organisations; political and managerial leadership and leadership development; employee reactions to change and uncertainty; organisational and cultural change in public services.
