Information Systems & Management

The ISM group's research focuses on the organisational use of IS in various settings, and technical and social aspects involved in the development and management of IS.

Expertise includes value creation from eBusiness models, IT in healthcare and customer service operations, CRM, enterprise systems, innovation and business knowledge, social and technical aspects of global software development, virtual work practices, standards for intranet management, and social networks.

The group runs a specialist MSc programme, the MSc in Information Systems & Management which was launched in 2005, whilst group members also teach on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, as well as the Warwick MBA.
