Meeting at the Hong Kong ClubMarch has been a very active month for WBS on the international front, with WBS Dean Mark Taylor signing detailed agreements on student exchange and research collaboration with Fudan School of Management, Shanghai, and Guanghua School of Management in Beijing. Dean Taylor, together with Prof. Qing Wang, WBS Associate Dean (Internationalisation) together with key WBS representatives, also visited partner institutions Tongji School of Economics & Management, Shanghai and Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance.

In Hong Kong the inaugural lecture of the Warwick Distinguished Speaker Series was delivered by Dean Taylor at the prestigious Hong Kong Club. Dean Taylor and Associate Dean Wang also met with Dean Leonard Cheng at Hong Kong University of Science & Technology to discuss collaboration opportunities.

Meanwhile, following last year's visit to the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) by Dean Mark Taylor and Associate Dean Qing Wang, representatives from WBS visited India on a three-centre visit.

Dr Derek Condon and Jon Lees were guests of honour at the inaugural meeting of the British Council's Association of British Scholars in Hyderabad, where they also met with representatives from ISB.

Travelling next to Mumbai, they held a Warwick alumni event at the prestigious Bombay Gymkhana Club, before heading to the Gujarat for meetings with IIM-A regarding ongoing collaboration. A second Dean's visit to IIM-A and ISB is planned in the coming months to deepen these partnerships.
