Outsourcing - video on European-wide research

Last summer, WBS Associate Professor of Information Systems Dr Julia Kotlarsky and WBS Associate Dr Ilan Oshri concluded joint European-wide research on outsourcing. Their research, sponsored by global IT and business processes and outsourcing services provider Cognizant, received considerable media coverage.
Ilan subsequently recorded a video summarising the major findings and conclusions, together with presentations from Cognizant executives.
