IBM recognises excellent students

23 March 2011

High-performing students recognisedOn Tuesday 15 March a number of students from Warwick Business School as well as the University's Departments of Computer Science, Mathematics and Engineering attended the annual IBM Student Recognition event at the Arts Centre.

Staff leading courses or modules of special interest to IBM are invited to nominate a small number of high-performing students for this recognition event. Representatives from IBM headed by Yvonne Billingsley, UK University Relations, chatted to students over a buffet, and then awarded students vouchers to use for events at the Arts Centre.

The picture shows left to right two WBS students - Spyros Lamprakis (MSc Information Systems & Management), and Anastasia Makeeva (MSc Business Analytics & Consulting), Dr Andrew Martin (WBS Information Systems & Management Group), Ben Tuvesson (BSc Computer & Business Studies year 2), and Heather Hedger (BSc Engineering year 3).

Congratulations to all!
