IKON logoThe Innovation, Knowledge & Organizational Networks Research Centre (IKON) at WBS, along with the Industrial Relations Research Unit (IRRU), are among the largest and most active research centres at WBS.

IKON's first newsletter, for Summer 2011, has just been produced to provide a single source of up-to-date information for all the various stakeholders and collaborators, both corporate and academic, involved in IKON's activities.

IKON's members are not only involved in or running various research projects, but also produce publications and provide expert comment in the media, speak and present at national and international conferences and workshops, and run the Knowledge and Innovation Network (KIN).

Co-Director of IKON Professor Jacky Swan commented, "IKON works in close collaboration with private and public organisations via its KIN network and believes that the exchange of knowledge and information with partners is central to innovation and change. Our newsletter is another tool to improve communication between all those involved in IKON's activities."

IRRU produces its regular news update entitled IRRU Briefing.
