Ford Europe selects Warwick MBA

Ford Europe has selected the Warwick Masters in Business Administration (MBA) as a way to develop and upskill its managers and potential managers.

The Warwick degree has been promoted at the Ford European Education Programs Open Days for Ford employees in the UK and in Germany. The events have attracted over 900 ambitious employees keen to enhance their personal development through degree programmes.

Ford recommends the Warwick distance learning MBA to its managers and potential managers around Europe because its flexibility allows them to combine the demands of study with their existing job. Managers and potential managers who take the Warwick MBA will take a minimum of three years to complete the programme, and will all spend a minimum of eight days on campus per year, with optional weekend seminars. A dedicated website with study support and discussion and conference areas will keep participants connected to Warwick and to each other.

"We are delighted to incorporate the Warwick distance learning MBA programme into our portfolio of Company sponsored degree programmes. We look forward to an exciting and fruitful partnership with Warwick Business School," commented Andy Bern, Technical & Education Programs Europe, Ford Motor Company.

"The open days generated huge interest from Ford employees, and we look forward to welcoming more of them onto the MBA," said Yvonne Williams, programme manager at Warwick.
