Secretary of State gives Warwick-Acas Lowry lecture

The annual Warwick-Acas Lowry lecture was held this year at Warwick Business School. Alan Johnson MP, Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, was the guest speaker.

He used the occasion to preview the Government's recently published paper on labour market strategy. The lecture, entitled 'The World of Work', sets out the Government's key priorities and argues that addressing these calls for a change in the role of employment legislation.
