Warwick Visiting Scholars Scheme Renewed
As part of Warwick Business School's international strategy, the Warwick Visiting Scholars Scheme has just been renewed for a further third year. The Scheme aims to strengthen links with leading, global business schools by encouraging international academics to spend between one and four months at Warwick Business School, with the objective of creating a mutually beneficial exchange of knowledge and practice.
Robert Dyson, Associate Dean for external relations, explains the basis of the Scheme.
"Applications are invited from academics who would like to develop a research link with a WBS subject group or research centre, or already have an existing link. They would need to be able to demonstrate how collaboration between the schools in research and course development would be strengthened through their visit. Initially, applications from members of PIM - Partnership in International Management will be given first preference. Applications from elsewhere will also be considered, depending on uptake."
