Dean Offers Support
Professor Howard Thomas, Dean of Warwick Business School has written to alumni to offer the support of the Business School Alumni Relations and Career Development teams to all those who may have been affected by the recent events in the world's financial markets.
He has reminded them that our Alumni Relations team, led by Alison Bond, can connect them with other alumni across the world many of whom have volunteered to mentor fellow WBS alumni. Additionally, our WBS Personal & Career Development team, led by Carol Rue, offers an increasing range of support to Alumni in managing and navigating their careers, pointing out that there is a wealth of resources available on our career site at: http://www.wbs.ac.uk/careers/alumni/ , where there are details of our panel of external career coaches who they can engage with directly.
Professor Thomas said, "We recognise that, now more than ever, you will need our support and I want to reassure you that we are looking very proactively at ways we can provide this over the coming months".
Finally both Alison and Carol have offered personally to take requests for advice and support. If you need to contact them, please use the details below and they will do their best to point you in the right direction.
