WBS Dean, Howard Thomas, formally takes up Chair of AACSB International
Latest press releasesAt the International Conference and Annual Meeting of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International), Dean Howard Thomas was formally inducted as the new Chair of AACSB International for the period 2009-2010.
At the same meeting Howard Thomas was reappointed Chair of the Global Foundation of Management Education (GFME), a joint venture between AACSB and the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). GFME has published, with Emerald Publishing, A Global Guide to Management Education (2006), and The Global Management Education Landscape (2008).
Howard said: "I relish the opportunity of continuing to build on the reputation and hard work of my predecessors at AACSB International as it continues to develop and promote the role of international management education and the benefits of its own rigorous academic accreditation standards."
