WBS Recruiter
Leon Richards, Recruiter Relationships manager at Warwick, helped to develop the programme, "The current system, where employers send staff to recruitment days on campus, is somewhat antiquated in today's world. Spending one afternoon talking in a year is not great exposure for either the student or the business involved. We were looking for a solution that would leverage technology to allow our students to engage with potential employers in real time, and on an ongoing and global basis. WBS live allows both parties access to each other 24 hours a day, 365 days a year."
And Leon adds that WBS Recruiter is a timely progression for companies given the current economic outlook. "In today's business climate, it's difficult for companies to send recruiters to various campus days all over the world - budgets for this kind of thing have been cut. As well as being extremely practical for both parties and providing a huge amount of flexibility, it gives companies excellent and targeted brand exposure amongst the whole MBA cohort. We are answering a real need in the MBA recruitment market and there has been a very good response to it so far with a number of companies signed up to use it."
