Fees
Normally, doctoral applicants are expected to register at the beginning of October, as the academic year runs from October to September.
Both full and part-time students are expected to attend research training courses on one day each week for the first year. The part-time option is only open to doctoral researchers who are resident in the UK and can attend the weekly training in year one, or those on new part-time faculty variant of the WBS Doctoral Programme.
Tuition fees cover registration, tuition, examination and are paid annually.
The provisional fees for 2010/11 are shown below. They will be confirmed by March.
- £3,470 for full-time researchers from the UK or other EU country
- £11,389 for full-time researchers from overseas
- £2,082 for part-time researchers from the UK or other EU country
These fees do not cover subsistence such as residential accommodation, meals, and books.
