WBS is one of only six UK business schools to be awarded status as a CFA Program Partner by CFA Institute. This has been given to us for both our MSc in Finance and our MSc in Finance & Economics. This status means that these courses are recognised and acknowledged as providing professional excellence to the global investment community.
By awarding this status, CFA Institute is certifying that we have embedded at least 70 percent of the CFA Program Candidate Body of Knowledge® (CBOK®) into our course content. Study with us and you will have explored the concepts and principles that practitioners around the world have deemed integral to global practice. You will leave us with the knowledge, skills, and abilities that practitioners indicate are needed to do their jobs well.
Recognition as a CFA Program Partner signals to you and the marketplace that our curriculum is closely tied to professional practice. It also indicates that our courses are an excellent preparation for sitting the CFA exams.
CFA Institute provides five Scholarships per year for students on these courses who wish to become accredited after finishing their studies at WBS. The Scholarships are for funding CFA Institute studies post-WBS graduation. For further details please e-mail us.
