From day one I have been presented with stimulating material that has provoked intellectual thought, reflection, and enquiry. The challenging nature of the delivery of all the modules is well pitched for those who have an interest in pursuing an academic and/or professional career in industrial relations and human resources.
I have a good understanding of the complexities of the employment relationship and I have a good appreciation for the roles of various actors that influence employment in their broad contexts. WBS offered me the development opportunities necessary to critically analyse and discuss the complex and broad areas of work and employment.
