Much of our teaching is delivered by leading academics in the form of real case studies but, as one of our students, you are also invited to attend a series of talks given by our industry contacts which demonstrate how the skills you're learning in the classroom are used in reality.

The Lanner Award

The Lanner Group has been on our Advisory Board since 2006. They specialise in business process analysis and produce the software application WITNESS, one of the world's leading business simulation systems, widely used by OR practitioners.

Since 2008, they have sponsored an award for our students for the best consulting report, judging the reports on the quality of analysis, clarity of presentation, and the value they created for the client. That sort of real-world experience and feedback is invaluable to your career.
