Work experience

We make no apologies for our entry requirement of a minimum of three years postgraduate managerial work experience, and four years for part-time study.

In most cases, our participants far exceed the minimum level: the average is often eight or nine years, with some people bringing over 20 years relevant experience with them.

This work experience is critical in making the Warwick MBA a success for both yourself and your fellow participants. The management skills and business experience that you have already acquired form the platform on which the new business perspectives and management tools of the study programme will be built.

We do not accept candidates without the minimum work experience. While you may be able to prove your ability to succeed without academic qualifications through other means, there is no substitute for work experience.
