The MPLM is designed to develop your knowledge, skills and capabilities as a leader and manager in the public or voluntary sectors. Our teachers have a wealth of expertise and experience and we use a variety of teaching and learning methods. We create a lively learning community which provides excellent networking opportunities, not only on this course, but also internationally, with the participants on our other public sector courses.

Highly acclaimed for our research and thinking about leadership, strategy, policy-making, and management, WBS leads the way in developing future leaders. We have a long-standing commitment to work across private, public, and voluntary sectors, which provides opportunities for us to combine and compare perspectives across all three.

The Warwick MPLM study programme is designed and delivered by leading academics and practising professionals, and continues to address the changing needs of the public, private and voluntary sectors. We are committed to developing academic theory which reflects the complexities facing you as a manager in the public and voluntary sectors, and to testing concepts and frameworks against your realities. We believe that your learning within the Warwick MPLM will flourish through applying challenging concepts to practical problems. The Warwick MPLM is shaping tomorrow's thinking and practice. Come and be part of it.
