There are lots of ways for everyone to keep fit and healthy at Warwick, from exercise classes, to scenic campus walks. We know our students work hard and strive for excellence, so take a break from your studies and try out some of our sports and fitness activities.
We want to provide our students with the best possible experience and our brand new sports and wellness hub does exactly that. Just a short 10 minute walk from campus, the new facility is designed to inspire and motivate everyone to lead a more active and healthy lifestyle. Here’s a taster of what’s inside:
In collaboration with Warwick SU, Warwick Sport runs over 60 sports clubs on campus for students and staff. These include sports such as football, netball and rowing, as well as more unusual activities such as gliding and motorsports.
If you’re looking to re-energise, join one of Warwick Sports’ health and wellbeing classes. These sessions run throughout the year and help to boost your focus and productivity, whilst recharging your body.
Warwick Sport also provide a number of instructor led short courses and masterclasses, helping you to learn and develop in a specific activity, whether that’s Golf, badminton, Swimming, or Kayaking.
There are plenty of free alternative sports and fitness options around campus. Rock Up & Play sessions are available to all students and allow you to keep fit whilst meeting new people. There are a variety of options to choose from, including Volleyball, Squash, Cycling and more.
If you love Walking or Running, then Warwick is the perfect place for you. We have a number of scenic routes around campus all varying in length. You can either go alone, or join one of our free walking or running groups.
