I have worked in WBS since 2019 after previously working at
Loughborough University in Academic Technology and for the Police and
in Financial Services as a Learning and Development Manager.

As well as being a Teaching and Learning Consultant, I am Line
Manager for the Teaching and Learning Officer sub-team within TLE who
create filmed content for teaching and support pedagogic use of
learning technologies in WBS.

I am passionate about coaching and hold a professional coaching
qualification as well as being a Practitioner member of the European
Mentoring and Coaching Council.

I hold a BA (hons) in Sociology from the University of Warwick and a
CIPD Certificate in Learning and Development Practice. I am also a
Senior Fellow of the HEA and mentor and assessor for internal HEA accreditations.
