PhD Studentships in Data Science, Behavioural Science Group
'Identifying links between online activity and human behaviour in the real world'

We have two new openings to join our data science research team, investigating links between online activity on platforms such as Google, Wikipedia, Twitter and Flickr, and human behaviour in the real world.  The studentship is open to home/EU and international/overseas students for 4 years from October 2014.

WBS Healthcare Improvement PhD Studentships
Applications are invited for 4 year PhD studentships based at Warwick Business School, to study healthcare improvement.  These PhD studentships are linked to a National Institute of Healthcare Research (NIHR) funded five year initiative (2014-2018).

WBS ESRC DTC Collaborative Studentship, Birmingham Repertory Theatre
The ESRC Doctoral Training Centre at the University of Warwick is now inviting applications for an ESRC Doctoral Collaborative Studentship involving Warwick Business School (located in the WBS Create team) in partnership with Birmingham Repertory Theatre (The REP) , starting from October 2014.

WBS Leverhulme Trust PhD Studentship, Behavioural Science Group
One studentship will be funded by the Leverhulme Trust programme award on Value. The topic areas can include how people arrive at values under risk and uncertainty and over time, or how individual values may be elicited and aggregated for public policy purposes. Applicants with a background in microeconomics, welfare economics and/or the psychology of judgment and decision-making are particularly invited to apply.

WBS ESRC DTC Collaborative Studentship, Behavioural Insights Team
One studentship will be funded by the ESRC Doctoral Training Centre in partnership with the Behavioural Insights Team. The topic area is the application of behavioural science and field experiments to health policy. Applicants should have a strong interest in developing innovative solutions to complex policy problems, for example to increase medication adherence.
