The core competencies we are seeking are:
You must have at least four years’ postgraduate managerial work experience. We are seeking evidence of consistent progression including increased people management, budgetary and/or project management responsibilities.
You must have an upper second class honours at undergraduate level from a UK university or the equivalent from an overseas university. However, we also welcome applications from candidates who do not have the academic qualifications but are exceptional, with a proven ability to achieve.
Our year-round application process means that as soon as you complete your application it will be processed and considered, so there is no reason to delay. Please select which mode of study (evening or daytime, typically Friday/Saturday) you would prefer to follow for your required modules.

Transcripts: You will need to provide transcripts of your degree. These should be translated into English. At the time of submitting your application we will accept scanned and emailed copies. You will need to have your original/certified copies available upon starting your course as we may request to see them.
English Language: All of our programmes are delivered in English so, if English is not your first language, you have not graduated from an English speaking university or worked in an English speaking environment for at least two years you must demonstrate a minimum overall standard in the following recognised tests of English. The certificate will be required as evidence.

References – We require two professional references including one from your line manager but if you have left education within the last five years, you can provide one academic and one professional reference. Referees should be able to comment on your academic or business acumen and one reference should ideally be from a current line manager. We do not accept references from family members or friends.
Your file will be reviewed by the Selection Committee and once they have made a decision we will contact you. Successful applicants will be invited to either a face to face or skype interview. The interview is used to inform the selection panel but it also enables us to understand what you want to achieve and to make sure we can offer what you are looking for.
If you have been successful you will receive an offer letter and be required to complete the offer response form confirming your decision within 4 weeks.
You will then receive instructions on how to register and enrol and when to expect your course materials. Registration and enrolment usually takes place 6 weeks before the start of the programme.
