Attend this exclusive ‘WBS UG class of 2017 reunion’ event for a chance to catch up with former classmates, eat, drink and be merry! All whilst enjoying the view from the WBS floor within the iconic Shard building - nestled in the heart of London and affording spectacular cityscape views!
Members of the WBS CareersPlus team will be on hand to update the class of 2017 on all things WBS. The schedule for the evening is:

Business Minded works with organisations to help implement the benefits of mindfulness within the workplace: helping to reduce stress, enhance wellbeing, improve resilience and performance. We view mindfulness a practical and accessible approach to personal development and this is the approach we take with our training: focusing on scientifically-grounded ideas and practices which lead to real benefits for the people and organisations we work with.
We will be providing a brief introduction to the practice of mindfulness and how it can help us to manage day-to-day challenges. And we will offer some practical, easy-to-use mindfulness tools to help ‘manage the mind’ in those moments when we get caught up in busyness, uncertainty or unresourceful thinking.
8pm-9pm Networking - A great chance to catch up with your fellow cohort and also speak to members of the CareersPlus team with any careers related queries that you may have.
