MBA online taster lecture: Fostering Creativity in Yourself and Others

In this lecture, Tamara Friedrich will give a taste of the Innovation and Creativity in Organisations module which is now core on all MBA programmes.

Tamara will discuss ways in which you can foster creativity in yourselves and your teams.

Tamara currently teaches on the Distance Learning MBA, Executive MBA and Full-time MBA programmes at WBS, so this insight into flexible teaching on our world-class MBA is not to be missed!

Dr Tamara Friedrich

Dr. Tamara Friedrich is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Warwick Business School. She received her MS (2007) and PhD (2010) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma, and her BA (2005) in Psychology and Managerial Studies from Rice University.

She was previously an Assistant Professor of Management in the College of Business Administration at Savannah State University where she co-founded and served as the Director of the Center for the Advancement of Creativity and Entrepreneurship (ACE Center).

Tamara has worked on a number of research grants with several funding agencies in the USA including the NIH, Army Research Institute and the Department of Defense. Additionally, she has advised budding and established entrepreneurs through organizations such as The Entrepreneurs? Organization, NFTE, and the Creative Coast in Savannah, Georgia.
