Vicky Pryce, Economist & Business Consultant

Vicky Pryce is Chief Economic Adviser and a board member at the Centre for Economics and Business Research (CEBR). She was previously Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, Director General for Economics at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and Joint Head of the UK Government Economic Service. Before that she was Partner at the accounting and consulting firm KPMG after senior economic positions in banking and the oil sector. She has held a number of academic posts and is a Fellow and Council member of the UK Academy for Social Sciences, a Fellow of the Society of Professional Economists and a Companion of the British Academy of Management. She sits on the Advisory Board of the central banking think-tank OMFIF, on the Economic Advisory Group of the British Chambers of Commerce and until recently also on the Council of the Institute for Fiscal Studies. She has been extensively involved in the analysis of Europe and Brexit including commenting and taking part in numerous debates while also being a member of CIPFA’s Brexit Commission and on techUK’s Brexit advisory panel. She has also written and debated on women and gender equality from an economic perspective. She is a Freeman and Liveryman of the City of London and sits on the City’s Members Diversity Working Party. She is also a member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) and of Women Corporate Directors (WCD).

William Hobbs, Chief Investment Officer at Barclays Investment Solutions

William Hobbs joined Barclays in October 2005, working in the Equity Research team, covering the global consumer sector. then moved into the Investment Strategy team running global equity strategy for the EMEA division. He is now head of Investment Strategy for UK and Europe. William is a fellow of the Securities Institute and has over 10 years experience in the financial sector. He has completed a Masters in international business and economic development at Birkbeck, University of London.

Fabien Zaveroni, Associate Partner, Sia Partners

Fabien Zaveroni is an Associate Partner with the global management consulting firm Sia Partners. He is currently co-leading the Sia’s UK Financial Services team and supervising c. 20 projects for major European and British banks in relation to Brexit, both in the UK and continental Europe. With over 15 years of experience in consulting working with major investment banks across Europe and the UK, Fabien brings a broad range of experiences. His expertise covers topics such as operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, data management, and legal entity optimisation. Fabien has completed a Masters at Imperial College London.
