Dr Dimitrios Spyridonidis, Programme Director for the Warwick Executive Diploma in Strategic Leadership, is giving an online taster of the programme in his presentation:

Dr Dimitrios Spyridonidis
Dimitrios is an Associate Professor of Leadership and Innovation and studies healthcare systems and organisations.
Dimitrios' core research interests are Leadership and Innovation. Within these, current themes include leadership and leadership development, innovation and strategic change, in the UK NHS and other healthcare systems (including China, Australia and US). Dimitrios is also involved in leadership research focusing on other professional services, primarily financial services in China.
His research has been published in leading academic journals including Organization Studies, Public Administration and British Journal of Management and is the lead editor of a 2016 Special Issue on Translational Research on the International Journal of Management Reviews.
