Quadruplet graduation success

Four times successfulA set of quadruplets celebrated their graduation yesterday with Masters degrees from the University of Warwick, three of them with MSc in Management degrees from Warwick Business School.

The 23-year-old quads, two identical twin brothers and two identical twin sisters, collected their degrees at a ceremony at Warwick Arts Centre and are now set for top jobs in the worlds of banking and professional services in London.

Temi Ogunsanya, together with her two brothers, graduated with an MSc in Management from Warwick Business School, while their sister Toks graduated with an MEng in Manufacturing & Engineering.

Both sisters are now starting work in the world of banking in London. Their brother Tolu, the youngest of the four, has a job lined up at one of the big four accountancy firms, while Tobi is mulling over two job offers to work at City firms.

Tobi said the foursome were not above a bit of sibling rivalry when it comes to their academic prowess.

"The fact we all chose to study at the University of Warwick was a natural decision as we are a close-knit family and we were all attracted by the strength of the courses on offer," he said.

"But of course as with any family, there can be a bit of competition between us when it comes to our studies. We like to think of it as a healthy rivalry - and we all supported each other through the course. And now we've all graduated together, it means that our mum is four times as proud of us."

Academic Director of the MSc Management degree, Dr Nikala Lane, commented, "It was certainly a novel experience to teach three of the four quadruplets. They've been great fun to teach. They have all contributed to the life of the University both in and outside the classroom. It's a delight to see them graduate today and know that they are on their way to great careers."
