Dragon’s Den introduction to Business Angel Investment (Webinar)

Learn, experience and get involved in a pitching / investment at an Angel’s event in this introductory session.

Two early stage companies from the Warwick University Community,  Recycling Technologies and Genesis Technical Systems, who have pitched for business angel investment previously will run through their background, where they are now and why they will need to pitch for new investment in 2015. You get to see a pitch from a company getting ready for full commercial launch and will hear what matters for the Business Angels.

Adrian Griffiths, Founder and Managing Director, pitches for the technology spin-out, Recycling Technologies, which specialises in equipment that converts mixed waste plastic into oil.

Ian McKenzie and Nigel Hall present for Genesis Technical Systems which has developed specialist products to deliver superfast bandwidth over existing copper networks at very low cost.

If you want to see what a real live pitch might look like and the probable investment discussions afterwards; understand more about the investment process and the whole entrepreneurial journey of early stage businesses, contact either Steve Hales (steve.hales@sapien-innovations.co.uk  – WEPN) or Steve Martin (Steve.Martin@uwsp.co.uk – Minerva)
