I am the Operations Manager for the Masters Programmes at WBS.  I have worked in a variety of roles at the University for the last 30 years, 

I am currently responsible for the many activities that span over the 5 different Masters Portfolios.  For example Teaching Resource Planning and Timetabling,.  I manage a team of 3, which includes the WBS Masters Receptionists.

I have previously worked as a Deputy Programme Manager on the MBA and full-time MSc programmes so have a vast knowledge of how all of the Masters Programmes work and fit together.
