Harnessing entrepreneurship for social good

BSc Management Sciences alum Richard Eldridge has always believed that business can, and should, be a force for good.

An entrepreneur, board leader, and mental health advocate, Richard has spent his career using innovation to expand access, improve wellbeing, and drive responsible leadership across continents. Now based in Singapore, his focus is as global as it is personal.

Innovative by nature

As CEO of Courage Rocks, Richard mentors founders and invests in early-stage ventures that put social impact at their core. From AI to ethical tech, he backs entrepreneurs who want to innovate responsibly and inclusively. Previously, as Co-founder and CEO of Lenddo, Richard helped millions of people and small businesses access credit using alternative data. The venture was named a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer in 2014.

A champion for inclusion and wellbeing

Richard’s leadership doesn’t stop at entrepreneurship. As Executive Chairperson of Infinit-O, he has driven digital transformation in healthcare and finance. At Infinit Care, a fast-growing mental wellness platform in the Philippines, he advocates for accessible mental health support and employee wellbeing.
He has served on global councils at the World Economic Forum, contributing to discussions on migration, governance, and the future of technology. He continues to advise boards on AI, responsible leadership, and sustainable growth.

Entrepreneurship, at its core, is about creating positive, lasting change.

In July 2025, Richard received the WBS Business Entrepreneurship Alumni Award, honouring alumni who are transforming industries and communities through innovation, leadership, and impact.
