Ross Ritchie is Course Director for the Global Online MBA (London). Alongside his role as Associate Dean for the MBA programmes, he teaches Operations Management.

In his research Ross has investigated how risk is understood and managed in operations, across a variety of contexts. Studies have included the Energy Industry, Intelligence and Police Services. Ross has a specific interest in Police Custody and Police decision-making.
