Business Design and Operating Models – Opportunities for Consultancy - presented through industry examples.
The talk will be followed by a Q&A.
Chris Lynch leads the Transport, Travel and Logistics business globally for PA. He specialises in the design and delivery of improved operating models in air transport and has extensive experience of projects spanning major infrastructure decisions, organisation design, innovation and implementation. Chris’ recent work in the aviation sector includes extensive work for airlines, airports and air navigation service providers in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the US. Chris has published articles, and been in various national papers as an expert on aviation matters. His conferences and publications have included the future of the global aviation industry, aviation security, how to introduce simplicity into Airline Operations and Fleet Planning. He has an MBA from Warwick Business School, and a Law degree LLB (Hons) from the University of London
