Biography
Meanu is a Research Fellow at Warwick Medical School. She has an extensive track record in qualitative research and expertise working with children and young people and families. Her previous research has focused on evaluating social impact, educational disadvantage and special educational needs and disability. She is experienced in working with underserved and marginalised groups and the use of co-production, co-design and participant involvement and engagement. She has researched how reasonable adjustments are made for Postgraduate Researchers (PGR) at an instiutional level and is experienced in the use of reasonable adjustments in research.
Meanu enjoys HE teaching and PGR supervision. She is a Visiting Fellow at the University of Northampton and Trustee of a local successful multi-academy trust. Her background includes secondary school teaching and leadership, working in alternative provision and teaching teachers.
