Biography

I am an Associate Professor in Behavioural Science at Warwick Business School and Associate Member in he Department of Social Policy and Intervention, University of Oxford. My research uses large-scale digital footprints and natural experiments to understand human behaviour, with a focus on gambling, financial decision-making, and inequality. I am a member of the UK Government’s College of Experts and Principal Investigator on grants from the British Academy and the Gambling Commission. My work has informed government policy, been cited in parliamentary debate, and published in journals including Nature Human Behaviour, Science Advances, and PNAS.
