Managing change today: Old issues, new challenges?

In this online lecture, Maja Korica will provide a taste of the ideas and topics which participants will investigate as part of the Executive Diploma in Organisational Change - a part-time postgraduate programme designed to help executives to be more skilful, more flexible, and build their capabilities to lead and deliver change.
Maja Korica, an Associate Professor within the Organisation and HRM (OHRM) group at Warwick Business School, and will be teaching on the new Diploma in Organisational Change which commences in May 2019.

Biography
Maja Korica is an Associate Professor within the Organisation and HRM group at Warwick Business School. She specialises in corporate governance, accountability and responsibility, as well as executive management and leadership in practice. In 2017, she was shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Radar Award, which aims to identify management thinkers most likely to shape the future of how organisations are led and managed. An award-winning teacher, she was recognised in September 2017 as one of the Top 40 Undergraduate Professors by Poets & Quants.
