Business Plans – What is their Relevance in the Current Climate?

For many organisations, the creation of business plans is an annual task. Comprehensive plans are created and communicated, acting as a blueprint for the year’s activities. However, in these extraordinary times, what is the relevance of a plan created at the beginning of the year, given the extraordinary changes we have seen in the last few months? During this webinar, we explore the role of business plans in setting direction and managing organisational performance, even during highly volatile periods of change.

We will explore two approaches to creating business plans – The EFQM model and the Balanced Score Card. We will discuss how the models and the resulting plans, used flexibly, can be useful tools for both creating stability and navigating change and we invite you to make practical use of the models by creating a business plan for your own function.
