My Profile: Self-managed data
My Profile is now available within the University’s Research Administration system Ideate. As a researcher at Warwick, you can use ideate to manage your personal profile data and record information such as your research expertise and biography. If no staff bio exists in Ideate then one can be added in your profile section in my.wbs and then making it available on the public website in the preferences section of my.wbs. We use My Profile data to periodically update your research expertise and biography information on the WBS website. In addition to managing your person profile in Ideate there is a requirement to upload publications into the University's institutional repository, WRAP. Colleagues with queries about either WRAP or Ideate should contact the Research Office.
