I am a Reader of strategy and behavioural science, as well as Course Director of the Executive MBA programme on Warwick campus. I teach strategy and corporate governance on various MBA programmes. I serve on the editorial board of the Academy of Management Review.

Research Interests

My principal research interests are behavioural science, strategic management and corporate governance. I apply an interdisciplinary approach using organizational, psychological and economic perspectives.
