Biography

Yidan is an Assistant Professor in the Information Systems Management and Analytics Group at Warwick Business School. She received her PhD degree in Management Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and her Bachelor’s degree from Tianjin University. Before joining Warwick, she was a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore.

Research Interests

Her research interests focus on the social and economic impacts of emerging technologies, with particular emphasis on healthcare IT and artificial intelligence. Her research examines how these technologies affect individuals’ behavior. Methodologically, she employs a range of empirical approaches, including econometric analysis, machine learning techniques, and natural and laboratory experiments.
