Leading Corporate Sustainability

Corporate sustainability is vital if society is to successfully navigate our critical societal and ecological challenges.

The sustainability transition is one of the greatest drivers of economic change, and will profoundly affect every sector and every organisation. Successfully navigating that transition is critical to business success and indeed survival.

Leading Corporate Sustainability has been designed to help businesses – as well as non-profits and the public sector - to integrate sustainability into their strategy and align the whole organisation behind that strategy. It has been developed not just for those in dedicated sustainability roles but also for all senior managers, as sustainability needs to be integrated into every aspect of the business.

This programme will involve a mix of interactive plenary sessions and breakouts working on your own challenges as well as case-study organisations. Over the three days, participants will develop a set of ideas that can be applied in their own organisation.
